Candid KOnversations (S1, E5) - The Yak With Zach: The Lightning Round

Happy December! We're happy to finally bring you the final part of our Yak with Zach. Send us your thoughts on Candid KOnvos by commenting below or emailing jandakocompany@yahoo.com. We're trying to figure out how we'll balance our Odyssey time in 2014 with the blog and the podcast, so be sure to get your thoughts in!

What's next in the works for Candid KOnvos? We're putting together A Candid KOnvo Clubbin' Christmas to be released Saturday, December 21. We're hoping to get as many of you involved in it as possible - and we'll post more info tomorrow!

In the meantime...enjoy! Oh, and for the full audio experience, wear headphones.

In the final part of a four-part interview, Josh fires off questions from the fans with Zach. As we end our yak with Zach, Josh focuses on a new project that begins to raise questions on imitation and morality.

Candid KOnversations Pilot Finally Goes Live!

No April fooling here; friends, family, and countrymen. Today we finally announce the long-delayed (and hopefully long-awaited, at least by us!) pilot of Candid KOnversations with Josh and Ally! And here's the summary:

In the pilot to Candid KOnversations with Josh and Ally, Puppy enters a new role he's not ready for and Woofy tries to maintain a role he's very ready for, while Josh tries to get a new role that could change the world of Odyssey as he knows it, which no one would be ready for. Plus, our fearless hosts explain what this new podcast is all about and what's happening in the season to come.

We'd love your feedback on how the first episode turned out! Comment below or email us at jandakocompany@yahoo.com, and be sure to let us know how you heard it (the preview on Dropbox or the premiere on the feed here) and what you thought of it. We already know there's lots of things to work on, but we need you, our fantastic listeners and readers, to let us know what you think!

In the meantime, since Spring Break is this week (happy Easter!), we'll be writing and recording Ep 2, which has a tentative release date on April 20. I'm also hoping to do as much Album 56 reviewin' as I can, so check in for that!

My iTunes fellows: the pilot is on the way...don't worry! We'll let you know as soon as it's there.

Our new About Us page, with information on us and the characters on our podcast will be released today or tomorrow - so check back soon. So long for now!

Thoughts on Candid KOnversations Pilot Status

Hey everybody!

I'm Woofy, and I'll be one of the hosts of Candid KOnversations with Josh and Ally! I'm really excited to work with the Kos again, and this is a really fun opportunity to do just that. I'll be relaying a message to you from the Kos since they're up to some art/school related work right now. So here's your podcast pilot update:

It's getting delayed. Again. Many apologies, por favor. See, Josh and Ally are entangled in a web of putting the podcast in iTunes and copyright issues and legal issues and it's a bit of a mess, really. We're trying to produce the very best that we can for you guys and with that in mind, it's gonna have to take a little more while. Our sincere apologies and gratitude go to you all.

In the meantime, Josh will finish writing up Album 56 reviews, but the new pilot release date has been pushed back to February. Ally is also at work on an article, which is really cool, and I'll introduce myself in a later article, which is also cool! But you'll mainly find more about me in the podcast, so stay tuned!

While you're reading this, if you happen to be an aspiring writer, sound designer, or musician; and are interested in joining forces with the Kos, or simply want to be a part of an Odyssey podcast, contact Josh and Ally ASAP if you're interested on working (and maybe acting) on the rest of Season 1 of Candid KOnversations! Email them at jandakocompany@yahoo.com. Click that link, man!

Okay guys! That's it from me, thanks for checking out my first article on this blog, and be sure to see the soon-to-be-released "About Us" section to learn more about the Kos, Puppy, and me! Goodbye for now!

Much obliged,
Woofy Doggy
